Gregory A. Rich

Gregory Rich is a partner with the firm who practices in the area of employment law.  He joined the firm in 1996 and exclusively represents employees in matters arising out of the employment relationship, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Rich has successfully tried several cases in both state and federal courts and has obtained two verdicts in excess of one million dollars.  He has also obtained numerous settlements on behalf of employees.  He has also successfully argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. 

Mr. Rich is often invited to speak about employment law issues at seminars and conferences.  He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), which is a national organization comprised of attorneys who advocate for employee rights and workplace fairness.  Mr. Rich currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the St. Louis chapter of NELA. 

Mr. Rich obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California-Davis in 1993, and a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University School of Law in 1996.  While in law school, Mr. Rich served as an Articles Editor for the Washington University Law Quarterly.

Mr. Rich is licensed to practice law in all Missouri state courts.  He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits.
