Mark E. Moreland

Mark Moreland joined the firm as a partner in 1996 and practices almost exclusively in the areas of workers’ compensation and labor law. He is licensed to practice law in all Missouri and Illinois state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Supreme Court. He received a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, degree and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, degree from Culver-Stockton College in 1980, and a Juris Doctor degree from Drake University in 1983.

Mr. Moreland has many years of experience representing injured employees in workers’ compensation claims against their employers. He represents injured employees throughout Missouri, including St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson City, Columbia, Hannibal, Cape Girardeau, and all points in between. He also represents injured employees in Southern Illinois.

Mr. Moreland is actively involved in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and currently serves as a member of MATA’s Board of Governors. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the Missouri Workers’ Compensation Committee, and the Workplace Injury Litigation Group.
