Michelle Dye Neumann practices in the area of employment law. She joined the firm in 2002 and represents employees in matters arising from the employment relationship, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge in violation of public policy, breach of contract and severance negotiations.

Ms. Dye Neumann has successfully tried numerous cases in state and federal courts in Missouri, Florida and Alabama both as lead counsel and co-counsel and has argued cases in both state and federal courts of appeals. Before joining the firm, Ms. Dye Neumann represented employees as a sole practitioner in Gainesville, Florida. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and the Alabama Bar in 1997. She is currently licensed to practice law in all Missouri state courts as well as the United State District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Ms. Dye Neumann obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law in 1995. While in law school Ms. Dye Neumann was a founding editor of the Duke Journal of Gender Law and Policy.

Ms. Dye Neumann is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) which is a national organization comprised of attorneys who advocate for employee rights and workplace fairness and currently serves on the board for the St. Louis Chapter of NELA.
